Breadth and Depth of Legal Experience
Our lead attorney, Ralph A. Russo, gained a detailed understanding of Connecticut law by writing legislation in the state legislative commissioners' office. He later practiced in the state attorney general's office. In this position he gained a high level of insight into the workings of the Second Injury Fund (SIF). After the attorney's general's office, Mr. Russo worked in two private firms, handling insurance defense and workers' compensation cases.
Since Mr. Russo founded our firm more than 15 years ago, we have been almost exclusively focused on workers' compensation law.
